Description: Monumental industrial bronze bar height counter measuring nearly 16 feet long. The bar height table crafted in the neoclassical taste … more Monumental industrial bronze bar height counter measuring nearly 16 feet long. The bar height table crafted in the neoclassical taste was formerly a bank lobby counter with two sets of lights running down the middle. Incredibly heavy and solid with a glass inset top. Each light measures 55 inches long, 7.25 inches deep, and 14 inches high. The lights are removable. the frieze is nearly 4 inches thick and is decorated with dentil molding around the border. The grand table is supported by five pairs of round brass columns with a decorative twist design topped with acanthus in the Greco Roman Corinthian style. The pairs of legs are conjoined by a long stretcher with round-shaped rosettes between each pair. The legs end with shoe feet having bolt holes for securing to the floor. The bronze has a desirable aged patina and grand scale with European artisan craftsmanship. Perfect for a commercial installation.
