The mirror is finished with a simple gold frame. The outer part of the mirror is eglomise which has distressing on it and is also bordered with a simple gold frame. The distressing is part of the mirrors design and gives the mirror character. This mirror would be perfect in many settings. The painting is done with an amber and brown paint. Absolutely a beautiful mirror! The mirror will be shipped in the original box and packing material that it arrived in from Made Goods. There is no damage and it is brand new. Never been used or hung. The mirror was too big for the space so we were unfortunately unable to use it. less
