This vintage 6x6 rug is a new addition to Rug & Kilim’s commemorative Mid-Century Pasha Collection. This line is a commemoration of rare curations we believe to hail from mid-century Turkish designer Zeki Müren.

This distressed piece enjoys a dextrous geometric pattern alternating in polychromatic tones in a low pile. Connoisseurs may further note kisses of black, further lending to a collectible curation in this artist’s sought-after works. The geometry connotes Müren’s “industrial” Art Deco style, and looks inspired from classic Anatolian designs. This piece is an exemplar of both the joyful designs and collectible, diverse influences that Müren’s work embodies.
