There is a tag to the back, pictured, out of Bartlesville Oklahoma. I am not sure of the artist. It is a chrome metal and brass finish brutalist piece. The pieces are all hand torch cut And welded together artfully. I found it in the home hanging vertically, Measuring 40 inches long. The neat part is that there are several stick and balls jutting out. I believe this piece to be from the 1970s. less
