The designs are carved out & it's a darker color.
This can be hung vertically & does have a sawtooth hanger installed on the back.
The lower left of the carving has EA engraved.
The back of the panel is stamped a couple of times with ERA INDUSTRIES INC

Measurements are approximates only:
24" tall
9" at widest
1" thick
Relief areas around 1/2" deep
Weighs 4 lbs. 12 oz.

IMPERFECTIONS: There are multiple stains some of which look like could be the wooden stain color? Not positive though. There are some other various stains & some dustiness within the recesses that will need to be more appropriately cleaned. There are small nicks mainly along the edges of the wood. Unsure of exact wood type but, believed to be Oak.
