Vintage Ancient Cycladic head/bust sculpture from the Musée du Louvre.
This casting is an authorized reproduction made in the Louvre's official molding atelier. The Louvre produces realistic casts of original works of art in their collection. Hand patinated.
The Cycladic civilization thrived in several Greek Islands in the Aegean during the Early Bronze Age, from 3000-2000 BC. The head represents a female figure. Most Cycladic sculptures are very simplistic and their exact function is unknown.
The head has an impressed Louvre seal and the resin base (simulating wood) has a green plastic seal on the bottom.

The Chairish Buyer Guarantee ensures that you have complete peace of mind when

- Prior to shipping or local pickup, buyers may cancel an order for any reason, with the exception of some Made-to-Order items, where supplies have been purchased or work begun on the item.

- Chairish Express In-Home deliveries are currently only offered for international cross-border shipments.
- The item will be delivered to your home and placed in the desired room. The delivery service includes unpacking, inspecting, and removing packaging materials; and does not include installation or setting up the item.

- Deliveries can take anywhere from 6 to 9 weeks to be delivered.
- Chairish Freight Delivery
- Delivered in a crate, to your front door.
