This is a stunning piece Japanese Kutani porcelain. I believe this is from the Meiji Period (1868-1912). It is signed on the bottom. It is hand painted with scholars, flowers and bird and is accented with gold. It is painted inside the lid and bowl as well.
Both the lid and bowl are in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. Please refer to all photos.
