Tiffany, is known for the quality and beauty of its craftsmanship and materials, and as a team they have produced many pieces that have become icons of 20th century design. Peretti's terra cotta work is especially hard to find since it is somewhat more delicate than other pieces of the same design
Natural occurring marks on the outside. No chips, no cracks. Excellent lightly-used condition with normal surface wear. No chips or cracks, but there are a few small streaks and smudges; unavoidable with unglazed terracotta. The interior is glazed and very clean.
A modern classic. Elsa Peretti, the famed Italian designer, created this line in terra cotta for Tiffany & Co. The interior of this vintage bowl, which was made in Italy, is glazed and its exterior left natural. The signature “thumbprint” dip allows it to fit snugly in the hand. Perfect at the dining table holding something delicious, or as a sculptural element for your coffee or entrance table, or a place to hold your favorite jewelry on your dressing table, this elegant bowl is at home anywhere you need it!
