A spectacular hand turned vessel by Vermont Master Furniture maker, Jeff Shepard. This was his exhibit piece to be accepted as a Master into the Vermont Guild of Furniture Makers. Jeff's steady hand in turning and decoration is on display with this piece. Japanese motifs of koi, cherry blossoms, and branches adorn this piece, with the background burned with meticulous stippling.
