I was lucky enough to acquire an incredible collection of original Cate Mandigo oil paintings from a collector in Pennsylvania. I have seen some of her paintings in the past and always thought they were excellent works of 20th Century Folk Art. For those not familiar with the artist, I have included her biography below. This is one of a couple I am offering by the artist right now. If you collect her work check my store for the others I am offering. This is a wonderful original oil on canvas view of a large sheep standing among a chicken and a couple ducks. Painting measures 5 x 7 inches. Signed and dated lower right. Her American primitive folk-art paintings have been collected by art enthusiasts across the nation as well as overseas.
