We curated these from the estate of a furniture store owner. These are a pair of 1950s Baker Furniture Club Chairs. According to the daughter, they were reupholstered in Pink Velvet in the early 1970s when the family built a new home and her mother designed a pink formal living room (which had fabulous carpet with 12” pink roses in the design). The daughter said the chairs were very seldom used except at Christmas. They have tufted backs and the foam seats are firm. Only slight wear to the two-pile velvet fabric. There is slight sun fading on the sides. They come with all 4 arm covers which do have some wear. These are club chairs and do not tilt or swivel.
