This bold brutalist wall sculpture was designed and manufactured by the well-known Danish artist and sculptor Henrik Horst in the 1970's. It is a bronze sculpture consisting of different abstract shapes, mounted on a burlap covered wooden panel, and finished with a simple black frame. This wall sculpture is also in the typical brutalist style of the late 1960s and early 1970's, with its elaborate workmanship and the diverse patterns and shapes, is a great eye-catcher for the wall. The unique design of this sculpture provides a great backdrop for mid-century furniture such as sideboards or dressers. This is an iconic piece from the mid 20th century which is becoming increasingly hard to find!
