A Very Elegant Pair of Dore' Bronze Mounted "Louis XV" Vitrines, or Display Cabinets...Made in the "Beaux Arts" Period (CA.1890-1910)
in Paris..the Cases are Mahogany.
Featuring Serpentine Front Doors with Rich Dore' Bronze Mounts.
The Side Glass Panels feature Arched Details on the Top and Bottom.
The Angular Feet and Stiles are also heavily Bronze Mounted, Terminating in Lion Paw Feet.
The Tops of the Cabinets are outlined in Bronze, with a Curved front edge, as a sizeable Display Platform, possibly to display a Pair of large Vases or Sculptures !
The Cabinets are in Overall Excellent Original Condition, each with its Original Key and interior Shelves.
The size of each is 62"high x 27"wide x 18.5"deep,
and weigh approx. 125lbs each.
