This is a Fine and Rare Pedestal with Carved and Gilt Asian Motifs made by the
Paris Cabinet Maker..Gabriel Viardot... who worked from 1830 to 1906.

Featuring 2 Tiers for exhibiting treasures, with a top spindled Gallery,
and a lower Gallery, with both having Marble inserts.

The Pedestal has Carved Paw Feet, and the Carved Designs of Flowering
Lotus and Fret open work are in Walnut, with Gilt Decor.

The Size of the Pedestal is approx. 32"tall x 17"diameter, and is in
Excellent Original Condition !
