Heavy-formed amber glass globe with a crushed glass-coated surface. Very thick walls with two layers of amber color and an equally heavy coat of clear, ( note the color in the cross-cut at the mouth. Polished base with no markings. The surface was made of tiny chips of clear and amber glass fused into the sphere. The weight is very substantial and capable of supporting tall stems. The size is 4.25" tall by 5.25" in diameter. It is beautifully made. Deep golden glow. less
