The chairs are overall and very well used. Patina that can’t be create but comes from lots of use. The wood needs to be refinished for sure it you want them to look new. The chairs have a bit of a wobble and would need to be reglued. The screws are rusted. Overall, the chairs could be used as is, but we recommend a full restoration.
