The exquisite oak is hand carved in the … more This stunning antique writing desk was made in France sometime around 1920. The exquisite oak is hand carved in the Victorian style. Most prominent on this piece are the thick barley twist legs and stretchers. A drawer on the front side provides some utility and storage. Hand carvings adorn many of the desk’s surfaces and the legs terminate into turned feet.
The oak wood has a lovely medium brown color and deep, waxed finish. This writing table will look great in a variety of settings!
