The Layton Wall Sconce from Visual Comfort presents a refined, retro charm to inside spaces. Secured by a rectangular wall mount with a beveled upper surface, it extends a horizontal bar from its upper end, supported by a thinner diagonal brace that adds industrial reinforcement to the downward-facing light housing. The housing itself is built from smooth, elegantly rounded metal is and enhanced by a layered, angular brace supporting a broad, flaring shade that descends around the damp-listed lamping, transforming bright glare into a radiant wash of light below.
This versatile Chapman & Myers series offers a modern update to classic factory lighting. Traditional factory light in antique burnished brass with a shade in matte white is offset by open cage metal fitters that create a distinguished combination. A wall solution that can fit into many rooms is waiting for you!
This sconce was installed, but removed because at the last minute we added floating shelving, and the sconce didn't project over the shelf. All parts and installation components are still attached.
