The purple tone is … more A lovely warm amethyst perfume bottle, produced by the New Martinsville Glass Manufacturing Company circa 1920-30. The purple tone is rich and jewel-like, and this particular design was called the 'Queen Anne' taper style. This bottle measures 4.75" tall and about 1.75" across at its widest point, plus the matching 2.25" glass stopper, which would have once been about 3" longer but has broken (please see images for details - while secure, it is a touch sharp!). The perfect single-stem vase centerpiece, alcohol decanter, or perfume bottle! Other than the noted damaged stopped, the bottle itself is free of chips or cracks, it catches the light beautifully. less
