He studied at the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris and worked for many famous designers, such as Christian Dior, Jean Cocteau and Coco Chanel. In 1955, he created his own design company, Roger Feraud Design, and opened his first studio in Paris. His designs have been featured in numerous exhibitions and are held in the collections of several museums, including the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris, the Victoria and Albert Museum in London, and the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
