Chase & Sanborn Coffee is an American brand of coffee created by the company of the same name. It was established in 1864 in Boston, Massachusetts, by Caleb Chase and James Solomon Sanborn.

Please note the wonderful patina of the metal with different natural grades of coloration. Antique items have been previously owned and loved, and will show some level of wear consistent with this prior use. This piece is commensurate with age and loving maintenance that add to its gorgeous design. The graphics are still very legible with some light fading. There are light dings, dents and bends on most sides. There are scratches, rust and wear. The lid is starting to lift and separate in areas, as shown in photos.
