Property seized from JMJ Development, the Dallas development firm controlled by Tim Barton and set to become the first Mandarin Oriental hotel in Dallas will also be offered in this two-day auction. Condition Report:
Great antique condition. Strong, sturdy, stable, structurally sound. Later strip bleach whitewash surface, retaining original antique character marks and charm throughout, including old fills to top, especially along seem, minor chips and cracks on plinth, and later bun feet. Wear consistent with age and use, nothing that detracts from the display or functionality but only adds to the sophisticated antique character, elegant warmth, and rich historical depth that can only be acquired over very long periods of time.
