The leather is an overall good condition with a few scratches and scuffs and normal signs wear. There is some slight tearing in the leather of one of the chairs arms. The chrome has scuffs and scratches throughout with very minimal pitting. The chrome could be cleaned up. The chairs sit very solid and are very heavy. They definitely can be used as is. less
