This antique creamer is a rare style from Pirkenhammer that I haven't been able to find any information on. It is a beautifully patina'd silverplate with a porcelain interior. It is a larger creamer so could also be used for syrup, sauces or gravy. The company's crest, name and location are stamped on the bottom.
Pirkenhammer was established in 1803 in Bohemia, now Brezova, Czechoslovakia. Founded by Friedrich Höcke and Johann Gottlob, this porcelain factory was considered one of the best in the country by the 1820s, and received a gold medal at the Vienna World fair in 1839.
Approximate measurements:

4.5" D (the widest point of body - not including handle/spout)
3.75" Tall
