Charming and delicate demilune Adams style game table, purchased in London in the 1980's.
I have to mention that the … more Charming and delicate demilune Adams style game table, purchased in London in the 1980's.
I have to mention that the hand painting on the table is superior. Delicate leaves and morning glories adorn the top surface. The legs have three sides painted with flowers and foliage. Delicate hand painted detailing throughout. Table was displayed in living room, folded in demilune position, and never use. The felt top, which at one time was replaced is in mint condition. The table open measures 38 inches wide x 37 inches deep. Closed the demilune top measures 38 inches wide and 18.5 inches in depth. Height of table closed measures 28.5 inches, the skirt height is 24.5 inches. The table is in very good condition for its age but does show wear.
There is breakage and some missing pieces on the exterior band at top of table. There are areas of cracked veneer and some small missing pieces. less
