The outside edge has a rare wave decorative border design.
The back of the charger is decorated with blue floral motifs that float around the exterior & there are three blue bands around the outside foot ring, and one ring around the top edge & another ring on the inside of the foot ring.
The foot ring is unglazed.
This magnificent piece is quite heavy at 6 pounds & measures 18” in diameter with a height of 2 1/4”.
