The workmanship is beyond amazing. The wood tones are so warm and rich. If you are looking for a spectacular piece to grace your home this is it. I've never seen one with this large inset drawer in the middle. Top middle drawer is lined in a beautiful bookend marbleized velvet. For it's age this is in spectacular condition, see condition notes for descriptions of imperfections. The key shown is not original and it really doesn't work, just once in awhile but I am still trying to find one that will work in the locks. less
