Dimensions:
Rescued from the original gatsby estate of Long Island, New York, these planters made of real casted cement from the 1950s. In great preowned used condition with aged patina and distressed surfaces. Heavy weighted solid cementitious concrete with casted mold pressed seams. Adorned on all sides of the body with vertical laurel leaf motifs in a repeated pattern. Urn cup shaped vessel over pedestal spacers and architectural plint base bottom in square shape. Water port hole in the inner center, curved topline for draping foliage vines. Whether you plan to display these at the gated entrance post top finials or flank your garden path, they make the most stately outdoor centerpieces on your estate.
Includes a pair, 2 pieces of the same exact mold, some flaws of chipped surface about 1"l on one planter to the corners as shown in the photos on close inspection that may benefit from improvements if desired, or embrace the real aged crevices and edges. Otherwise, in very good condition with all the aged surface and patina coloration that endured the test of time.
