Description: Lane has been the quintessential manufacturer high quality cedar chests for the better part of a century, and this piece … more Lane has been the quintessential manufacturer high quality cedar chests for the better part of a century, and this piece is no exception. While this chest rests on a four-point mid century modern peg-legged base, a rectangular body with a gentle concave bow front provides the greatest display of the era and style. Sharp lines with clean curves. Vertical accent reliefs adorn the front of the chest for beautiful added aesthetic.

The inside of the chest is cedar lined, contrasting its walnut body. The large open space allows for abundant storage, and felt-lined narrow trinket compartments allow for miscellaneous item storage separate from bulky bedding. Original stickers are still evident, indicative of very light use by the previous owner. The chest comes with key, and still locks securely.

It is a beautiful and fantastic piece of vintage furniture. less
