solid brass handles model "Melanzana", designed by the Italian architect and designer Luigi Caccia Dominioni in 1960, and made by the Azucena company (see hallmarking) It is one of the most elegant and refined projects ever created in the history of design, coming from a beautiful hotel near the beaches of Rimini (Italy). The handles have a beautiful original patina, which enhances their value and history. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
