This charming petite Mignonnette No.1 brass case carriage clock features a rectangular top with a folding handle over a rectangular beveled glass
escapement. The four beveled glass sides are held by plain
chamfered stiles and a hinged rear door. The whole is on a
plain straight molded base with bracket feet.
The dial has a rectangular white enamel dial with black Roman
numerals and blued steel spade hands.
The movement is an eight day spring driven timepiece movement
with a platform lever escapement.
The backplate is engraved with S (slow) and F (fast) on either
side of escapement adjustment lever, and serial number
