The painting appears to be of harbor scene with several ships and people walking along the docks. The painting is unsigned and heavily distressed, almost on purpose.

Condition: The painting is very heavily distressed with a very thick brown color over the top, really not quite sure what it is. Some areas of the painting have been cleaned creating a spotlight like effect.
