This is a stunning wine carafe/decanter which is made from ribbed crystal glass and is bow bottomed, from the Paris Luxury brand Lancel.
Lancel are renowned for their high end leather bags and wears, but have ventured into many different areas especially for gift items. I have seen mention of the crystal carafes being made in Italy.
This carafe seems to have seen very little use, it any, as the condition is excellent. These carafes are often described as a ship captain's carafe because the weight is at the bottom therefore making it more stable at sea...
The Lancel crystal carafe is in excellent vintage condition.
