The Don Fernando was a wooden hulled 50 gun Portuguese Navy frigate launched in 1843. Known for traveling more than 100,000 miles, by 1878, the equivalent of 5 circumnavigations of the World. Five tools on twisted brass stems are poker, brush, trivet, shovel and tri-fork. Rare piece - especially intact (with the exception of the one top of the shovel). I leave items as I found them so buyer has the choice to shine it up or leave as is. I do not know what all of the etched numbers mean, on the back of the frigate. Fabulous piece of history less
