The set has had one owner who purchased it in the 70s for $6,000. Situated in a formal dining space, it has been rarely used. This well cared for oak table features a rich dark stain with a beautiful parquet inlay top. Its generous size of 45" x 68" expands to 104” using the two 18" aproned leaves. 
Table and chairs have some intentional, gentle distressing.

Included are four side chairs and two arm chairs, all in excellent condition. The six sturdy chairs were reupholstered and the seats rebuilt several years ago, and they have been used very infrequently since then. The rear legs of the chairs have the same detail and craftsmanship as the front legs, which adds to their elegance and is a mark of quality. Fabric colors are cream, blue and brown.

This set comes with a custom table pad for added protection. The pad has minor damage. There's a burn mark that doesn't affect the integrity of the pad. It is currently covered with a piece of paper. The dark spots on the table pad in the photo are shadows from the chandelier above.
