Description: A Swedish Baroque table from the 18th century with newer honed granite top. This Baroque occasional table from Sweden features … more A Swedish Baroque table from the 18th century with newer honed granite top. This Baroque occasional table from Sweden features a honed marble top which rests upon a robust wood frame having a nicely molded skirt, and legs, one at each corner, carved with wonderful bulbous shaped centers, terminating onto round feet. The four legs are supported with a wooden box-stretcher which runs along the bottom perimeter. The marble top is a later addition. The wood is deliciously rustic, patina reflecting it's long history. This 18th century Swedish Baroque table would work perfectly in a living room, study, or perhaps in a kitchen as additional work space. less
