- A single natural onyx sink basin with original live edge. This carved vessel sink, created from a rough onyx rock, … more A single natural onyx sink basin with original live edge. This carved vessel sink, created from a rough onyx rock, has a carved and then polished interior basin, making for easy clean-up. The natural textured stone remains about the exterior of the sink. Onyx has a lovely sparking effect due to the crystallization within the stone. An interesting characteristic of onyx is that it is translucent, so should a light be installed beneath, a glowing effect would occur and crystals and veining would be further emphasized. The colors are primarily white and cream, with a few areas of warmer taupe/brown veining. The sink has been drilled for US plumbing, and weighs approximately 70 lbs. This organically formed onyx sink would be a beautiful way to add a bit of sparkle and shine to bathroom or powder room. less
