This is a Great Looking Antique Train - Railroad Locomotive with Coal Tender Child's Toy. Circa Very Early 20th Century. … more This is a Great Looking Antique Train - Railroad Locomotive with Coal Tender Child's Toy. Circa Very Early 20th Century. It is in All Original As Has Survived Over the Years Condition. The Body is made out of Pressed Tin - Steel. It still Retains its Original Painted Features although Age and Play Weathered Giving it a Great Old Authentic Look - Displays Very Nicely. Condition Details - It Still Retains its "Hill Climber" Mechanism. The Hill Climber Mechanism was used as a means of self propulsion. This was Accomplished by Simply Pushing it Forward on the floor and Lift a few times until the Fly Wheel was Spinning Fast - Then when you set it down The Fly Wheel Propels The Train Forward. PLEASE NOTE However that Unfortunately The Hill CLIMBER FUNCTION DOES NOT WORK - IS STUCK?. It is Also Missing One of the Arms That Connects the Piston Cylinder to the Rear Drive Wheel.
It Measures 5 inches Tall x 17 1/2 inches Long x 3 1/4 inches Wide.
