What first caught my eye with this impressionist original oil painting were the beautiful colors. The American Southwest inspired Pueblo village consists of an impressionist style in the colors of mauve, rose, light teal, sea foam green, along with a mix of cream. The image depicts a person resting, perhaps, from the labors of the day and is custom wood, framed in a bevel set with dark avocado green and gold with an off-white linen liner. The execution of brush in the piece is exceptional by the artist, signature is "Ruth Born".
