This is a lovely ribbed glass dresser jar with a French silver top. The top has a couple of small … more This is a lovely ribbed glass dresser jar with a French silver top. The top has a couple of small dents and scratches and is monogrammed with a beautiful script that I cannot read but it looks like the large center initial in an M. The silver top has the Minerva French silver mark with the 1 on the top right for the indications of 950 fine (sterling is 925 - 950) and it weighs 14.5 grams, there is also a maker's mark that I cannot make out. The jar is 1 1/2 inches tall and 1 1/2 inches in diameter. less
