This lovely hand-knotted floral rug features a relatively sparse primary field with a gold colored background, and with an understated floral central medallion that arches into each of the four corners. The central field is enclosed within a slim pair of inner and outer guard borders. The plush wool pile is even throughout, and the rug is in excellent condition for its age and weaving style.
