A handsome Tang war horse with saddle and trappings and shown in the classical Tang pose.
This is a heavy plaster casting painted and highlighted with a deep charcoal and silvered metallic paint to bring out the fine detail.
It measures 13 inches long, 12 inches high and 5 inches wide and weighs 10lbs.
I purchased this horse from a gallery in 1981 for my consulting office, and later moved it to my home office. I have moved to a much smaller house and no longer have room for all my furniture, paintings and accessories.
