Fine antique Limoges porcelain from Theodore Haviland Co., made in France and retailed by Higgins & Seiter of New York. The named pattern is Lafayette, unsure of the Schleiger number, with a beautiful classic pattern of pink rose swag garlands and pink jeweled enamel details to wide gold scroll edged rims.
