We were just sitting here, trying to remember the last time we had a genuine pair of matching antique French … more We were just sitting here, trying to remember the last time we had a genuine pair of matching antique French buffets, lets alone Louis XVI style French buffets and in 25 years, we believe this is the only pair we have ever had for sale. The pair of Louis XVI style buffets, came from a Chateau in the Loire Valley near the town of Tours. The buffets were made in the late 1800’s in the style of Louis XVI and are ebonized with gold detailing. Both marble tops have seen prior restoration, but are an exquisite color.
