Wonderful brown and tan drip glaze ceramic lamp. With Original shade.
The base and finial is black painted wood.
AptDeco has the same lamp listed in 2013. Date on bottom of this lamp is 2012. And noted made in China. At first appeared the base was a repair as a lamp of the exact same glazing was noted to be late 20th century. But this may have been made in 2012.
The lamp shade appears to be consistent with age of late 20th century. This would need a second opinion, as the base tells a different story. Existing lamp shade is included for purposes of scale and material selection if new lamp shades are desired. Another seller has this same lamp if a matching pair is desired. Price will reflect the lack of the lamp shade.
