There are some bubbles, etc., noted as a result of the manufacturing process as well as a scuff mark above the “BRANDY” acid etching. There are also 2 chips to the rim of the vessel portion of the decanter neither are visible when the lid is on. One, the larger of these, is smooth to the touch; the smaller is less smooth but did not cause harm to this inspectors bare finger. The decanter been tested for function with water left full overnight with no leaks noted. The brass spigot functions as intended. Packing charge assessed will be used to have item professionally packed. less
