The lamp is made of eggshell porcelain and features a blue, white, and green design of crawdads and foliage. The porcelain is paper, thin and beautiful. Sometimes there were secret messages written before these were glazed, and they only show up when the lantern is lit. I do not know if that’s the case with this one. Use with a candle or rewire.
