These plates are very special. My uncle with the immense help from my mother built an amazing hotel restaurant in the middle of New York City called The Box Tree. Unfortunately, it doesn't exist any longer but while it did - that time nobody who has dined there would forget. At one point in the 1990s, my uncle and my Mom were flirting with the idea of making special plates and pairing them with the white Wedgwood. They did and here are some of them for you.
The Box Tree was featured in Architectural Digest's "Collector's Edition INSIDE New York" I November 1987.
These plates are extremely limited and I am offering you the chance to have something very beautiful and scarce.

Also indicates that the decorative elements around the rim are fade-resistant. less
