It is Hand Painted Light Green (Celedon) and the interior has a Floral Arranement of Purple, Chartreuse, Rose and Green Leaves on Brown stems. Held together with a Sky Blue Ikabana Vase.
There is also a Purple and Black Scrolling on the inner edge.
The extetior is painted in 3 Panels with the flower arrangement in a Sky Blue Ikabana vase. There are black lines to contain each panel.
The upper edge is the same as the interior with Purple and Black Scrolling.
There is a Foot that wears a dark Celedon and is contained in black stripes.
It is signed on the bottom in Gold ISCO Handpainted.
The Bottom of the foot shows it's age.
It measures 3 3/8" high x 8 3/8" wide x 8 3/8" deep.
