The cone counterweight is solid Satin Nickel and heavy enough to point or position the lamp as desired.
A throughout solid construction which suggests that this lamp was only manufactured in small quantities. The triangular base of the lamp is made of a steel-tube painted black, the mechanism is made of brushed stainless steel, the tube which supports the shade of chromed steel.
The shade is made of Aluminium painted black outside and white inside. It has a distinctive form inspired by architecture which gives the lamp a post-modern look.
The exact date of manufacture is April 2006, but the styling is reminiscent of the late 1970s or mid-1980s.
This piece is marked and has official proof of authenticity at the base.
UL-Listed and takes a Halogen Light bulb.
